Retures & Exchanges
1. Fill out the Returns & Exchanges form included with your order and include this with your item(s) in the original box and packaging with 15 days after received the item.
2. For your protection, we recommend returning items by an insured method such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Insured Parcel Post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please note that original shipping charges CANNOT be refunded.
